Representative buildings of Golubac still testify to times past. The building popularly known as "Kosač" is the house of the traider Aleksa Popović from 1890/1.
It was built in a row, following urban regulations, and designed according to strict principles of academicism, with rich architectural and decorative sculpture on the street facade.
