The house of grain traider Aleksa Popović is presumed to have served as a model for the house built in 1893. by the wealthy Golubac traider Vićentije Z. Nedeljković.
Another representative building in Golubac is situated on a street regulation and is constructed as part of a row of buildings. It was erected according to strict principles of academicism, featuring rich architectural and decorative sculpture on its street facade, symmetrically designed. The artistic character of the street facade is distinguished by rich neo-Baroque decorative sculpture.

Particularly notable is the lavish decoration around the windows in the form of balusters, capitals, consoles, tympana, and lunettes adorned with masks and elements of geometric, floral, and zoomorphic motifs. The entire facade is topped with a centrally placed attic, upon which the year of the house's construction is inscribed.
